Know a local business that deserves better IT support?

Refer them to Queensland Computers and when they sign a managed IT agreement, you get rewarded.

For every new managed IT client you refer, you can earn up to $3,000 in eft, gift card or charity donations.

It’s simple: submit the form, we do the rest. If they become a client within 6 months, we’ll send your reward within 30 days of their first payment.

How it works

You refer a business (10+ staff, in our service area).

CLAIM OR DONATE

If they meet with us and sign a managed IT agreement, you get a cash or credit or charity donation on your behalf as a reward.

Eligibility and rewards

Who can refer:

Anyone!  Everyone! Existing client, partner, local business contact, QC Employees!

Who can be referred:

New businesses to Queensland Computers, with at least 10 employees and based in our supported regions.

Reward structure:

For a signed managed IT agreement up to $1,999/month:

Referrer: $500 EFT/Gift Card/Charity Donation

For a signed agreement between $2,000 - $5,999/month:

Referrer: $1,000 EFT/Gift Card/Charity Donation

For a signed agreement over $6,000/month:

Referrer: $3,000 EFT/Gift Card/Charity Donation

Simple Referral Process

Step 1

Complete the Hometown Heroes Referral form
Fields: Your name, your email, business you’re referring, contact name, contact email/phone, brief note.

Step 2

We contact your referral
We’ll reach out within 1–2 business days and mention you by name.

Step 3

You get rewarded!
If they become a managed IT client within 6 months of your referral, we process your reward within 30 days of their first payment.

Terms & Conditions

Queensland Computers Pty Ltd, ABN 58 164 101 080.

1. Rewards apply only to new Queensland Computers Managed IT prospects not already in our pipeline (as indicated in HubSpot CRM/NetSuite CRM)

2. Referral client cannot be current customers.

3. Referred client cannot have contacted/inquired to QC previously (no record of interactions in HubSpot CRM/NetSuite CRM)

4. Only referrals that become paying managed IT clients receive rewards.

5. A “successful referral” is counted when the new client signs a 12‑month (or longer) agreement and pays their first invoice.

6. You can earn unlimited rewards - one reward per new client.

7. If the same business is referred by multiple people, the first submitted referral form is eligible.

8. Team members with MSP sales targets and MSP commission plans as part of their remuneration are not eligible for rewards.
