At Queensland Computers, we believe in grassroots community connections and we’re passionate about supporting the growth of regional Queensland. We believe that building a strong and supportive network of business connections benefits the wider the community – and so should a Referral Program.

Unlike most Business Referral Programs, the Queensland Computers Hometown Heroes Program, gives referrers the opportunity to claim OR donate their Cashback Rewards to a community cause, organisation or charity of their choosing. As a registered Hometown Heroes Program Member you’ll also receive special members-only rewards and experiences. Win-Win-Win – it really is a rewarding way to support your community.

New members of our Hometown Heroes program join our ranks as “Mates in the Making”. As you lodge referrals, where the referred business takes up the offer, you’ll rise through the ranks, becoming a Local Legend and finally a Hometown Hero. Every time you rank up, your Member Benefits increase.

To help you celebrate your contribution to your community and share your achievement, all ranks also receive Logo recognition on the Queensland Computers website with your business’ Hometown Heroes Member ranking.

1. Only registered members of the Hometown Heroes Business Referral Program with a valid and active Hometown Heroes Member Number are eligible to claim under the Program.

2. The value of Cashback Rewards and other benefits are calculated based on the number of Referrals logged (on a tiered structure) that successfully converted to a sale of IT Managed Services. This is indicated by your Member “Rank” or “Ranking” name.

3. When you elect to claim your Cashback Reward you will receive confirmation of a credit for an indicated amount of the Cashback Reward earned. This credit amount can be claimed as a credit on your next Invoice with Queensland Computers. When you elect to donate your Cashback Reward, the indicated amount of the Cashback Reward will be paid in cash to the community organisation, club or charity organisation of your choosing. The community organisation, club or charity that you choose to donate your Cashback Reward to must be incorporated and be a not-for-profit organisation. Donated cashback rewards attract a higher value for your support of your community.

4. To refer a customer to Queensland Computers for Managed Services, you should communicate with the referred business before completing the above “Submit a Referral” form, which is used only to notify Queensland Computers of a referral you have already made in communication with the referred business.

6. If any referrals are successful, resulting in a sale, Queensland Computers will advise the referred business of the connection between the Referrer and Queensland Computers as part of a Referral Program, that you are receiving a financial benefit for referring a business and that you can claim or donate this benefit to a community organisation, club or charity of your choosing.
