A regional council in Queensland was running on an ageing PBX phone system that was expensive to maintain, lacked flexibility, and prevented staff from working securely off-site. Monthly phone bills were high and the system couldn’t support hybrid working or video conferencing. Queensland Computers deployed a modern Unified Communications platform using Microsoft Teams with direct-routing and supported desk-phones and headsets.
