Xavier Catholic College was struggling with an old printer network and was ready for a new solution.
A Prep-to-12 school in Hervey Bay, Xavier Catholic College had a fleet of printers nearing the end of their PIaaS (Print Imaging as a Service) agreement. This meant that the printers were five years old and at the recommended upgrade point.

They started by visiting the school, working with the Xavier Catholic College staff to examine the existing print assets and undertake a detailed review of their print environment – including forecasting for future print requirements.
